Dr. Katherine Fening is a double board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist, proudly serving patients in Northeast Ohio. She graduated summa cum laude from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Investigative & Medical Sciences. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and graduated magna cum laude. Dr. Fening completed both her dermatology residency and dermatopathology fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she served as Chief Resident in Dermatology. She has previously practiced in Boston and Birmingham before returning to her hometown region.

Dr. Fening provides comprehensive general dermatology care, treating a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, skin cancer, psoriasis, and eczema. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and is deeply committed to delivering accurate diagnoses through her work in dermatopathology. Her collaborative approach ensures clinical teams have the information they need to make the best decisions for patient care.
