About Caroline Winslow


Dr. Caroline Winslow is originally from Virginia and graduated from the University of Virginia, where she majored in French and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. She then attended medical school at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society.

Dr. Winslow completed an internship in internal medicine at the University of California, Irvine. She then trained in dermatology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Following residency, she completed a fellowship in dermatopathology at the University of Colorado, where her training was focused solely on the microscopic diagnosis of skin conditions.

Her role in patient care is not one that the patients will often see with their own eyes, but it is extremely important in the care they receive here at Apex. A correct and precise diagnosis is imperative to ensure the best possible clinical outcome. Dr. Winslow works closely with the clinical team members to make sure that they have all the information necessary to make the best clinical decisions for our patients.

Dr. Winslow is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology in dermatology and dermatopathology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Society of Dermatopathology.
