Sophia Thorman, MMSc, PA-C is a licensed physician assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), currently practicing in the state of Ohio. She graduated summa cum laude from Mercyhurst University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Health Science and a dual major in Dance. She earned her Master of Medical Science degree in 2021 from Baldwin Wallace University, where she was elected Service Chair of the Baldwin Wallace Physician Assistant Student Society. During her training, she completed a clinical clerkship with Summit Dermatology, which sparked her early interest in dermatologic care.

Sophia began her career in acute care as a hospitalist physician assistant and later completed a post-graduate fellowship with WellNow Urgent Care, accredited by the College of Urgent Care Medicine. She is currently pursuing her Diplomate Fellowship with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Sophia provides medical and aesthetic dermatologic care to patients of all ages, guided by a comprehensive, evidence-based, and patient-centered approach.
