Maggie McKernan, PA-C - Skin Cancer and Skin Care Specialist in Dermatology

Maggie McKernan is a board-certified and Ohio-licensed Physician Assistant. She received her Doctor of Medical Science degree from Shenandoah University and Master of Physician Assistant Science degree from Gannon University.

Maggie has a focus on skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, eczema, and other cutaneous conditions. Maggie is a Society of Dermatology PAs Diplomate Fellow and Dermatology Achieve Program alumnus. She pursues additional professional development as the Ohio Society of Dermatology PAs President, SDPA State Affiliate Liaison, and SDPA HOD delegate.

She is passionate about providing a pathway to healthy skin and educating her patients on skin cancer prevention. Maggie has been a lecturer at the annual PSPA conference, OAPA annual conference, and SDPA conference, on topics ranging from benign and malignant neoplasms, skin cancer prevention, and atopic dermatitis, to physician assistant professional advocacy.

In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with her family, and exploring Cleveland with her husband.
