Never being one to visit a doctor, I would like to take this opportunity to rate my visit with your dermatology department.
As a patient, I would like to thank you for your obvious proven commitment to deliver first rate health case. As a new patient, I arrived to have 2 suspicious lesions looked at. I was promptly escorted to an exam room bob Kelly W. Who took a history and explained thoroughly what would happen next. Gail arrived a few minutes later, explained the procedure, asked my permission to proceed and again explained in detail what I would feel and expect from the procedure. She performance the procedure with absolutely no discomfort. I was given after care instruction by both Rail and Kelly W. Upon leaving, Nikki saw me eyeing some lotion samples which she promptly invited me to take as much as I needed. I was back in my car within 20 minutes of my arrival.
As a Medical Professional, I would like to comment on the efficiency your office is run. It is obvious you are an advocate of proper staffing which results in quality care, quality of service and lastly quality of life.
