About Alyssa Holzinger

Alyssa Holzinger is a physician assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She grew up in Broadview Heights, Ohio and attended The Ohio State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition. She continued her education at Baldwin Wallace University and earned a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2023. Alyssa has recently completed a dermatology residency training program here at Apex Dermatology along with her Diplomate Fellowship through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Alyssa diagnoses and treats acute and chronic skin conditions in our Parma office. She is especially passionate about treating acne, performing skin cancer screenings, and helping patients look and feel confident in their own skin.

In her free time, Alyssa enjoys spending time with friends and family, running and weightlifting, trying new restaurants, and watching Cleveland’s sports teams.
